Core Functionality: Question and Answer Platform

• "Ask a Query" Feature: This is the primary function of the app, allowing users to post questions or inquiries on a wide range of topics.
• Structured Interface: Users can define their queries with:
  • Topic/Subject: Specify the subject or area of the question (e.g., mathematics, English, career guidance).
  • Description: Provide detailed explanations and context.
  • Upload Photo: Attach images or visual aids to clarify the question.
• Broad Topic Coverage: Supports queries related to academic subjects, career guidance, and educational resources like notes and project help.

Essentially, it serves as a central hub for users to seek information and support on diverse topics.

The PV Queries web application facilitates open communication and resource sharing through a complimentary platform. Users can register and engage with the system by submitting queries or contributing information.

"Ask a Query" functionality includes:

• Topic/Subject: Specifies the area of inquiry.
• Description: Allows for detailed elaboration of the query.
• Photo Upload: Enables the inclusion of visual aids.

Beyond educational queries, the platform supports:

• Book Donations: Users can coordinate and manage book donations.
• Student Lead Referrals: Submit referrals for potential students.

To access the full range of features and benefits offered by Padahi Vadhai, users are required to sign up separately for both the PV Queries web application and the PV Store.

Steps:

• Visit each of the above links individually.
• Fill in the required registration details on the respective pages.
• Once registered, log in using the credentials you provided during sign-up.

To submit a book donation request through the PV Queries web application, please follow these steps:

1. Topic/Subject Field: Select or enter “Book Donation”.
2. Description Field: Provide the following information:
   • Title(s) of the book(s)
   • Condition of the books (e.g., "New," "Used - Good," "Used - Fair")
   • Approximate number of books being donated
   • Marked Price(s), if known
   • Preferred method of drop-off or pick-up
   • Your address (if pickup is needed)
   • Your contact information
3. Upload Photo (Optional): You can attach an image of the books for better assessment.

To submit a finance lead through the PV Queries web application, please follow these steps:

1. Step 1 – Access the "Ask a Query" Section: In the "Topic/Subject" field, clearly indicate the financial product the lead is interested in (Loan, Investment, or Insurance).
2. Step 2 – Provide Lead Details in "Description": Include the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Age
   • Phone Number
   • Address
   • Any additional relevant details
3. Step 3 – Optional Photo Attachment: If applicable, attach a relevant photograph to the query using the "Upload Photo" function.

To submit a student lead through the PV Queries web application, please follow these steps:

1. Step 1 – Specify Subject/Program: In the "Ask a Query" section, fill in the "Topic" field with the subject or program the referred student is interested in.
2. Step 2 – Provide Student Details in "Description": Include:
   • Full Name of the student
   • Age or Grade level
   • Contact phone number of the student or parent/guardian
   • Email address (if available)
   • Address or general location
   • Subject or program of interest
   • Any relevant background information or specific needs
   • Your relationship to the student lead
3. Step 3 – Optional Photo Attachment: If applicable, attach a photograph of any relevant documentation or information related to the lead.

To submit a teacher referral through the PV Queries web application, please follow these steps:

1. Step 1 – Select Topic: After registering, navigate to the "Ask a Query" section and enter the teacher's subject or specialization in the "Topic" field.
2. Step 2 – Provide Teacher Details in "Description": Include the following information:
   • Full Name of the teacher
   • Contact phone number
   • Email address
   • Subject(s) they teach or specialize in
   • Educational qualifications and certifications
   • Teaching experience (years and levels)
   • Any relevant skills or expertise
   • A brief description of why you are recommending them
3. Step 3 – Optional Photo Attachment: Optionally, attach a photo of the teacher's resume, certifications, or other supporting documents using the "Upload Photo" function. This step is optional, but it strengthens the referral.

If you believe you have not received the appropriate PV Points for completed tasks, please use one of the following channels to address the discrepancy:

  • Submit a formal complaint or query through the PV Queries application.
  • Use the topic designation "No Points Received" to clearly identify the nature of your inquiry.
